High Definition Filming
Proeye TV produce and edit in High Definition (HD) which is four times the size and quality of Standard Definition (SD) video.
Ideal for conferences and exhibitions where HD plasma and LCD screens are used, the increased resolution of the image means the video looks clearer from further away while up close you can see every detail.
The other advantage to high definition video is that high-resolution (1920 x 1080) still images can be exported from your video to produce a huge selection of images, suitable for online use, PDF brochures and newsletter attachments on emails.
Proeye TV have produced many High Definition projects using the very latest Sony equipment including XD-Cam HD for Oxfam Australia, Australian Red Cross, Hinkler Publishing and also with the very versatile HDV format cameras for Woolworths, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Lion Nathan and Yellow Pages.
Inevitably HD will become standard over the next couple of years so in considering any video production, insist on it being recorded in High Definition to make your production as future proof as possible.
